Behind Every Project
Brock West
Brock leads Glass Systems Inc. as President & CEO, bringing over 30 years of industry experience in commercial glazing and the building envelope. His expertise spans P&L management, business development, contract negotiation, and global vendor relations — all in service of a company defined by operational excellence and employee ownership.
Lance Cook
Lance has been with Glass Systems since 1995, working his way from the fabrication shop through field installation and project management to his current role as Executive Vice President. He brings deep expertise across the full project lifecycle — from estimating and preconstruction through operations — with experience on both low- and high-rise commercial construction.
Freddy Buehl
Freddy brings over 45 years of commercial glazing experience, having worked his way from draftsman to engineer at Kawneer, through project management at PPG Industries and Sunbelt Glass & Aluminum, before joining Glass Systems in 2012. His career-long focus on mentoring teams and solving complex problems reflects the same values of craftsmanship and excellence that have defined GSI for four decades.
Darren Beagle
Darren brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of exterior cladding — from sales and engineering through system development, fabrication, and installation. He has managed large-scale commercial construction projects across the United States and internationally, with deep expertise in both glass and panel systems.
Joe Loudermilk
Joe brings two decades of leadership in commercial construction and manufacturing, including prior experience as COO at Eastern Glass & Aluminum where he expanded revenue and developed new services across multiple construction sectors. His background in operations, sales, logistics, and risk management makes him a strong driver of GSI's Panel Division.
Lisa Balsamo
Lisa joined Glass Systems in 2006 and has grown with the company ever since, taking on leadership across Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll before stepping into her current role as Controller. She oversees all aspects of GSI's HR and Financial departments and has been a steady force behind the company's continued growth in the commercial glazing market.
Steve Massengill
Steve brings 25 years of glazing industry experience spanning engineering, purchasing, project management, sales, and executive leadership. He joined Glass Systems in 2026 as VP of the Nashville region, focused on expanding GSI's reach and building partnerships with architects, developers, and general contractors in that market.
