Shop + Field
For shop and field opportunities, please contact hr@gsi.glass. No experience is necessary. Training is available for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We believe in training the right people with the potential for growth.
Estimators
Currently seeking both Experienced Estimators and Assistant Estimators. Estimators are vital to our success and involved from the earliest stages of a project to help develop a Façade that will perform at the highest levels, remain within a projects budget and maintain the aesthetic design vision of the team. The ability to understand drawings and specifications along with a strong desire to understand how systems work will be key to a candidates success. As a member of the Pre-Con team you will be involved in the newest technologies and products as well as getting an early look at the future skyline changes coming to the market. Project Managers
Project Managers at GSI are involved in every aspect of the project and need to be 100% accountable for the success of the projects. Critical thinking, self-awareness, and strong organizational skills are required. Project Managers are committed to a sustainable structure that will facilitate the profitable and effective management of projects, the personal accountability of individuals managing the projects, and the development of its staff to enable continued, profitable, and effective project management.
Technical Specialists
Technical Specialists at GSI are a key part of our sales and estimating team. Working closely with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal GSI teams, our Technical Specialists analyze bid requirements for a complete understanding of the project in order to provide detailed estimates. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information to coordinate timelines, scopes, bid documentation, and presenting finalized proposals to partners and clients.
